Welcome to Vidya Valley School! We are delighted that you are considering our school for your child’s education. The admissions process for Junior KG for the academic year 2025-26 will be conducted as per the following guidelines. Please read the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Junior KG

To be eligible for Junior KG, children must meet the following age criteria:

- Minimum Age: Your child must be 4 years old by 31st December 2025.

Admissions Timeline

Online Application Forms Available:
From Thursday, 12 September 2024 to Thursday, 03 October 2024 (02 October 2024 is a Holiday)
Submission of Hard Copy Forms in Person:
Completed forms must be submitted at the Vidya Valley School office (Sus Village Branch) from Wednesday, 18 September 2024 till Thursday, 03 October 2024 (02 October 2024 is a Holiday)
Office Hours for Hard Copy Form Submission:
- Monday to Friday: 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 12:00 noon
- Sunday Holidays
  (Please arrive on time, as forms will not be accepted after the stipulated hours.)

Important Information for Siblings to secure admission in Vidya Valley School, Sus –
Parents of real siblings (children whose older siblings are currently studying at Vidya Valley School, Sus) are required to follow the same application process as other applicants.

Please complete the Junior KG admission form and all necessary formalities as outlined on the website.

Interaction Meeting: Attendance at the interaction meeting on Saturday, 5 October 2024, is mandatory for all parents & siblings.
Important Note: Siblings must be admitted at the entry level, which is Junior KG only. Please complete all formalities on time for the academic year 2025-26.

How to Apply for Junior KG Admission 2025-26

We encourage all parents to carefully read the guidelines before filling out the Junior KG application form. The form must be completed online, followed by the submission of hard copies.

Application Form Fee: ₹1,500 (non-refundable). Payment must be made digitally after submitting the form. Cash payments will not be accepted.
Once you submit the form, a confirmation email will be sent to you from UFONY.COM. Should you encounter any technical issues, please reach out to support@ufony.com for assistance.

Documents Required

Please ensure that all of the following documents are prepared and submitted both online and in hard copy:

Copy of the Online Application Form: Ensure an additional copy is printed for acknowledgment.
Child’s Birth Certificate: Must be legible and complete.
Two Passport-size Photographs: Recent photographs of the child.
Proof of Address: Either a recent electricity bill or the last page of a parent’s passport.
Aadhar Card of the Child: Required for form submission. If pending, submit the acknowledgment receipt.
Parent Questionnaire: Download the questionnaire, complete it digitally, print it, and submit it along with your application form.

Document Upload Guidelines

It is essential that all uploaded documents are clear and complete:

Ensure that each document is fully visible and legible.
Unclear or incomplete documents will result in your application being rejected.

Note: Failure to meet these document standards will result in your application being declined.

Selection Process

Admissions to Junior KG will be finalized through a lottery system. Selected applicants will be informed via email, so please ensure your email details are accurate and up to date.

Interaction Meeting on Saturday, 5 October 2024

Parents will be invited to an interaction meeting with their child, providing an opportunity to see the school. Details regarding the timings will be communicated through email.

Fee Structure for Junior KG 2025-26

Form Fee: ₹1,500 (non-refundable)
Admission Fee: ₹9,800
Refundable Security Deposit: ₹1,50,000
Annual School Fee: ₹1,50,000 (payable in four installments: June 40%, September 30%, November 15%, January 15%)
Bus Fees: Depends on the distance

School Timing for Junior KG

Start Time: The school bus picks up students at 8:45 am, and the school day begins at 9:30 am.
End Time: Buses depart from the school at 1:00 pm.

Meals Provided

Students in Junior KG are provided with breakfast every day except Monday and going-home snacks on all working days. Additionally, snacks are served during special events.
Fruit tiffins are mandatory every day to encourage healthy eating habits.
Only vegetarian meals are served, and students are not permitted to bring snacks from home.

Transportation Policy

In an effort to reduce traffic and pollution, all students are required to travel to and from school using the school bus service. Vidya Valley operates designated bus routes across the city, ensuring safe and convenient transportation for all students. No changes to bus routes or stops will be permitted once the routes are finalized.

School Events

At Vidya Valley, we actively engage our students and their families through a variety of events, including Annual Projects, Open Days, Sports Days, and other special celebrations. On these occasions, we arrange bus services for parents and family members. Private vehicles are not allowed in Sus Village during these events to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.
