Vidya Valley School – Admissions for Academic Year 2027-28

🌟 Dear Parents,

Thank you for considering Vidya Valley School for your child. We request you to carefully go through the admission details below.

📌 Admission Guidelines 

• Jr. KG Admissions ONLY – For existing Vidya Valley parents and New Prospective Parents – We request you to kindly complete the online application form for your child (link will be provided from 1^st September 2026 onwards), if eligible for Jr. KG – academic year 2027-28. Please ensure you read the important information provided below.
• ❌ No admissions are available for Std. 1 and Std. 2 and Std 3 (including
  siblings of students studying in Vidya Valley School)
• 📄 For admissions to Sr.KG and Std. 4 to Std. 8, vacancy details will be available by the end of April 2027.
• ❌ No admissions are available for Std. 9 and Std. 10.

📌Important Age Criteria
Please Read Before Filling the Online Admission Form

1. 📄 Please fill in the Online Application Form carefully. Ensure the Child’s name is entered as per the Child’s Adhaar Card.
2. 🚌 Check your area of residence and match it with the designated bus stops listed in the document. Students must use school transport, and the chosen bus stop must correspond with your residential area.
   ⚠️ Requests for bus stop changes due to incorrect selection will not be considered later. NO Extra bus stops will be added later.
3. 🔍Please check your emails regularly after filling in the online application form. The communication will be via email (mentioned in the online form). NO Phone Calls will be made by school.
4. ✅ Strictly adhere to both online and offline submission dates. Late submissions will not be accepted.
5. 🚫 DO NOT miss the Induction Date.

📌 Important Age Criteria

Your child must complete 4 years by 31st December 2027 to be eligible for Jr. KG.
Age is an important factor for your child’s overall development, so please follow this guideline strictly.

📅 Admission Process Timeline
Step 1: Online Application Form

• Available From: Tuesday, 1^st September 2026
• Last Date to Fill: Monday, 21^st September 2026
• Form Fee: ₹1,500 (Non-refundable)
• Form Fee Payment: Digital only (No cash) at the time of submitting the online form
• ONLINE FORM – Name of the student in the application form is to be filled based on Students Aadhar Card name
• Kindly upload the documents as per the instructions on the online application form
• Download Parents’ Questionnaire, type answers and print

👉 You will receive a copy of your submitted form via email from UFONY.COM on the mentioned email ID in the form. Please print 2 copies of the submitted form.

Step 2: Submission of Hard Copy Form & Documents

Dates: Monday, 7^th September 2026 till Wednesday, 30^th September 2026

(School Working Days Only)

Venue: Vidya Valley School Office, Sus, Pune

🕓Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm only
• Saturday: 10:00 am – 12:00 noon only

• School will be closed on following days –

Sunday, 13^th September, 20^th September and 27^th September 2026.
Monday, 14^th September 2026
Friday, 18^th September 2026
Saturday, 19^th September 2026
Friday, 25^th September 2026

📄 Documents to be Submitted:

1. 2 Printed copies of the submitted online form (1 for submission and 1 for your acknowledgement)
2. Child’s Birth Certificate (Photocopy). Please do not laminate the Original Birth Certificate.
3. Two recent passport-size colour photos of your child with their name printed on the photo
4. Address Proof: Electricity bill / Parent Passport (front & last page) (The Address on Passport Should Match the Child’s Address filled in the Online Form) / Index 2 of Rental Agreement (photocopy / Xerox)
5. Child’s Aadhaar Card – Must be uploaded online and 1 photocopy to be submitted
6. Parents’ Questionnaire – Download, type answers, print and submit the hard copy (Link provided in the online form)

1. • Application form without child’s Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate and Parent Questionnaire will not be accepted

📢 Important Instructions for Submission Day

✅ Only one parent needs to come for submission. Please be punctual!

✅ Documents must only be submitted in person by a parent. Submissions through drivers or domestic staff will not be accepted.

✅ NO children allowed

✅ School Tour at the time of Induction.

📧 Induction

The Tentative Date of Induction Meet is Saturday, 10^th October 2026.

Kindly note: The induction is important for at least one parent and the child to attend.

Timings and Slots will be informed via email.

🎯 Selection Process

✅ Final admission will be based on a lottery system. The selected list will be updated on the website.

🏫 About Vidya Valley School

🎒 School Timings for Jr. KG

• School starts at 9:15 am
• Buses leave school by 1:00 pm
• Buses begin their routes at 8.45am

🚌 Transport (School Bus is Compulsory)

• We do not allow private vehicles for drop or pick-up.
• Every student must use the school bus.
• Select your nearest bus stop from the list.
• Bus stops cannot be changed later.

🧁 Meals

• Breakfast provided every day (except Monday – Mumma’s Breakfast Day)
• Home Fruit tiffin is compulsory everyday
• Only vegetarian food is served
• Outside food is not allowed

Parents are invited on Sports Day, Grandparents Day, Open Day, etc.

💰 Fee Structure for Jr. KG (2027–28)

🗓 Bus Fee Installments: (Payable in 2 Installments)

• June  –        50%
• December  –       50%

🔁 Admission Withdrawal Policy

We understand that circumstances may change after admission. Please note the following withdrawal and refund guidelines:

1. 🗓 Withdrawal Before 31st May 2027
   • If the school is formally informed via email on or before 31st May 2027,
     ✅ The entire Anamat Deposit of ₹1,50,000/- will be refunded in full.
     ❌ Please note: The Admission Fee and Form Fee are non-refundable.
2. 🗓 Withdrawal On or After 1st June 2027
   • If the school is informed about the withdrawal of admission on or after 1st June 2027,
     💰 The first installment of the school fee (40% of the total annual fee) will be charged, and the same amount will be deducted from the Anamat Deposit.
     ❌ The Admission Fee and Form Fee remain non-refundable.

🏫 Standalone Institution

Please note that Vidya Valley School is a standalone institution.
It has no branches or associated campuses at any other location. Any claims of affiliation elsewhere should be disregarded.

🚦 Important Note Regarding Traffic & Potential Location Shift off Pre-Primary section

Considering the increasing traffic congestion on Sus Road, it has become challenging for Pre-Primary students to reach school on time on most of the school days.

🧒🏼 Young children are especially impacted by extended periods spent in traffic, which can disrupt their daily routine and negatively affect their overall well-being.

Based on:

• Feedback from existing Pre-Primary parents
• Observations on traffic conditions
• Concern for the comfort and safety of our students

▶️ The school management is actively considering relocating the Pre-Primary section to Baner for the academic year 2027–28. This is still under consideration and no final decision has been made.

Please be assured:

• The same team of experienced teachers and
• The same curriculum and teaching approach will be maintained. Only the physical venue may change.

📣 Parents will be formally informed well in advance if any changes to the location are confirmed, before the start of the academic year 2027–28.
