Acceptance Speech
A pleasant afternoon to everyone present here. I, Geet Shah stand before you today – humbled and filled with gratitude as I accept the position of the editorial and media team member at Vidya Valley.
I would like to thank my teachers, and my mentors who have thought me worthy and capable of the role, my mom for always supporting my interests, and my sister for guiding me throughout this journey of becoming a prefect.
I promise to stay committed to upholding the values and traditions of our school, and to work collaboratively with each prefect in Vidya Valley to make our school an even better place. I will try my best to fulfil the responsibilities that come with the badge. Lastly, I promise to dedicate myself wholeheartedly to this role. I am very grateful for this incredible honour, thank you.
