The Book Ammachi’s Amazing Machines is written and illustrated by Rajiv Eipe.
Sooraj and his grandma love inventing. In this story, they use simple machines to make coconut barfi. In this book, the author talks about how simple machines can make our work easier. He is talking about six kinds of simple machines.

Ammachi uses sustainable and eco-friendly practices in her house. The rainwater from the roof gets collected in a tank, which she later uses to water plants. She uses a bottle with holes to water plants. I love the way author has shown the love and affection between grandmother and grandson.
My favorite part of the book?
I like the picture in which Ammachi had climbed on a coconut tree and picked the coconut dropped it down through an inclined plane.
