Good morning everyone.
My name is Ritisha Bakshi, and It is an honor to be nominated for vice-captain of Sher house.
Firstly, I would like to thank the teachers for nominating me and thinking me worthy of this post.

It is said, “Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally, it comes from what you do consistently.” so I believe that anything done consistently is sure to get results. and what we need is just 1% more effort than yesterday to take Sher house to the top.
As your friend, I believe in you, and I know that if we work together, we can do something greater.
I know that each one of you is capable of doing exceptional things. I need you all to trust me and I promise to be there for you. If you ever have a problem or difficulty, I will do my best to help you find a solution.
I may not always be on the field with you but I will always be there to support you and encourage you. I will also make sure that everyone gets equal opportunities.
